We are pleased to announce that Ms. YM, a student in the Department of Multicultural Communication, has been selected as a recipient of the 2025 Korea Summer Korean Language Short-Term Training Scholarship<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This prestigious scholarship is offered by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED), a branch of the Korean government, as part of the \u201c2025 Korea-Japan Undergraduate Student Exchange Program.\u201d Only 20 undergraduate students from across Japan were selected for this fully funded opportunity.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a scholarship recipient, Ms. YM will take part in a one-month training course in Korea during August 2025, focused on nurturing future experts in Korea-Japan cultural content. Her tuition, airfare, accommodations, and meals will be entirely covered by the Korean government.<\/span><\/p>\n

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Professor Oh, whose thoughtful recommendation and support helped make this opportunity possible. His guidance and advocacy were instrumental in the successful outcome of Ms. YM\u2019s application.<\/span><\/p>\n

We look forward to seeing Ms. YM’s further success in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

This program will be held annually and requires intermediate or advanced level of Korean language skills.<\/span><\/p>\n
