On July 15, 2023, an English Camp was held as an exciting and immersive language learning experience for local junior high school students. The English Camp, held at Chinzei Gakuin University and supported by the Isahaya Board of Education, aimed to foster language skills and cultural exchange. This memorable event was made possible through the collaboration between Japanese and International students in the Community Service Learning (CLS) class in the Department of Foreign Languages.

The English Camp began with an interactive activity designed to spark enthusiasm and competition among the participating students. The popular online learning platform, Kahoot, was utilized to create a fun and engaging quiz. Through Kahoot’s user-friendly interface, students were able to test their knowledge of the English language while enjoying a friendly competition. Hamburgers, French fries, drinks, and ice cream were served, offering a delicious reward for their efforts during the English Camp.
