4.Qualifications

Those who meet the following requirements
(1) Understand the founding spirit of our university as a Christian institute. However, it does not require that the applicant be a Christian.
(2) Those who have a master’s degree or higher (including those who are expected to obtain qualifications by March 2022)
(3) Applicants must be proficient at English language instruction.
Some classes are required to be taught only in English. If applicant is not a Japanese native, it is desirable for the applicant to be able to speak and understand basic Japanese.
(4) Those who have excellent social skills and can work in harmony with other faculty members and office staff.
(5)Those who can live within 1 hour and 30 minutes from the university after hiring.

5.Compensation

Position, salary, working hours, holidays, insurance, etc. are according to the university’s labor regulations.

The First Selection: the first selection is conducted according to submitted documents
The Second Screening (early December):
Mock lessons and interviews (applicants are requested to pay their own travel expenses). Mock lessons and interviews might be conducted online if covid19 does not allow face-to-face interviews and mock lessons..

[Notification of selection results]
Results will be sent directly to the applicants by mail.
